Muir greets the Judges in Mortlake 400

Dash Muir has run a race you usually only see in the Movies.
Starting as the 3rd back marker (Blue) and was rounded up at about the 250, but the big boys had gone out too hard, Dash had paced himself perfectly, held his form, the Winter of Hill Sprints paid off and he monstered the field to take home the chocolates.

I have Coached and watched a lot of races in my time, this is one of the best results ever.

A very happy Coach right now.
