Study hints

As athletes, study over long periods can be difficult.
A Doctor friend of mine developed a strategy that he used when studying that enhanced his learning capacity exponentially:

Context: He has two professional degrees: Engineer, which he worked in for 20 years, then he became a Doctor. It is the difference in how he got there a second time, that is most valuable.

Study with intent when ON.
Relax with exercise when OFF.

Break your day or evening into 1 hour blocks.
Prepare snacks for post each break.
45 mins of Study
10-15 mins of exercise - run the block twice, walk it once, jump on an Erg machine, but release the study shackles and lift the endorphins.
Allow 2-5 mins to snack on return.

Return to study ON TIME.
Have a defined PURPOSE.

Eat meals at normal times.

Remember, your ATAR is not everything, it’s not life or death.
It’s a platform to launch, I urge you to not create stress that will stifle your full potential.

MOST Importantly, don’t rely on Sport as your future life - it is too short lived as a career. Be kind to yourself, keep every door open.
